I won 1400 dollars so when I went to withdraw the money which by way I won 1400;and after the service charge was only able to request 900 so first they said that the bank through the method that I chose was having tech issues then after waiting 48;hours they they told me after providing screen shots of various things like game id and and my withdraw history that I was not compliant with their rules which is ridiculous then finally after a week of asking the same things over and over they told my I had multiple accounts which I do not have multiple accounts I have one that I binded all my info to and this saga is still going on customer service is a joke it's mostly AI and after it thinks that it has solved your issue stops responding so I've made deposits and lost money won money and and when it came time to pay me they didn't pay out so basically I've been scammed cause they have no trouble taking my money but when you win your not getting paid at least that has been my experience and customer service does not exist and they rely on this AI I don't even think you can talk to an actual human being on top of that they provide no phone number no address or location as to where they are based out of! The casino used to be great when it offered no-wagering bonuses. Now that many casinos provide similar offers, a 25x wagering requirement feels excessive. The promotions have seriously declined. For example, “deposit a minimum of €100 and receive just a few spins.” I’m really disappointed with how things have changed. I used to play there regularly because the offers were good and competitive. The game selection is quite good, and the website design is fine. Customer support can sometimes be difficult to reach.

I lost my daughter and had a hard time finding the money to pay. I found this casino and prayed I’d win something to help cause all I had left was $200 and I needed at least a grand. I signed up and read the terms and conditions Mastercard or visa for withdrawal and that’s all I had. I actually got lucky and won $1000 Cashed in $800 first on Mastercard and they said technical issue. Second time visa had to get a visa just to get this money and they said sent all goods lied to me and kicked me in the guts at my lowest times of my life. Then few hours later said they can’t use visa cause it has technical issues too. Kicked me in the guts again. I know it’s part my fault for gambling. But these guys then sent me a emails saying I want to close my account when I didn’t even ask them. I hope these people get the karma from the universe they deserve. I sent emails after emails and I know they will reply under here, let’s fix this etc but I’ve done everything there terms and conditions have applied. Lost my daughter and really needed this. Mum never gambling again and I’ll save the money in the next 4 weeks. Don’t be a victim of these cruel people. There families will probably suffer from the devils gate.

I am very frustrated with this site. I deposited $200 CAD since I reside in Ontario almost two weeks ago, and I still do not have access to LuckyCasino in Ontario. They claim they couldn't validate my address, no sure why, and I have repeatedly asked for technical help, but I keep receiving the same unhelpful response. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a scam site. I am unable to withdraw my money because they require you to wager at least once to be eligible for a withdrawal, but how do they expect me to do that when I can't access my account? On my second deposit I won over $4000 and was playing when my credit drastically disappeared to $250.when I asked what had happened they said that I had wagered over their limit and would not put the money back onto my player’s account due to their limitations. I was told my withdrawal would be proposed in 24 to 48 hours. And now I have been told my withdrawal is under review ? I thought this was an honest and trusted platform. All i've been told is they're waiting on a response from the appropriate department. I really do hope this gets resolved as I did think this was an honest and trusted platform. I do appreciate your response back. I did receive an email asking for more documents which I have sent in.It's been well more than 24 hours. I've used these same documents before to be verified.And I have still not received response back. I'm used to the verification process being a lot quicker and having a lot more consideration. Lucky Casino fail. Ill start by saying this casino was excellent too me in all the time I played up until, they sent me an email stating, they needed to see my bank records and paystubs. Because I play so much it must have flagged on their end. I was reluctant to send a casino my personal and private documents. But I agreed and sent everything they asked for. As they sifted through my records which clearly shows my source of funding, they come across a few cash deposits. And ask for an explanation and more bank records.. I told them of the cash deposits and refused anymore bank records as I had went above and beyond the documents they asked for. So as our chats became more heated, they became very hostile and started in on how they are under agco requirements for responsible gaming. Which is just a nice suggestion so as to cover their asses from liability. They dont give a shit. Then they say they have escalated it further. I asked where and who is receiving my documents now. Because the people Alexander and Helena whom were reviewing the documents state in the emails a strict confidence on their privacy policy for players. So it ended with them. All the while these lying pricks wouldnt let me withdrawal the 600 bucks in winnings I had in my account. But they sure as shit would still let me deposit. How does that work. I asked for them to just close the account and send me the funds and they said nothing. I still don't know as too whom has my banking info and paystubs. Because they blocked me from emailing and closed my account stealing the 600 bucks. Ive spent thousands at that casino and this is how you're treated.? They dont give a about players. Don't know where this casino is out of. I think Norway or some place like that. So now where im at is I hace 3 lawyers willing to work the case pro Bono. And will only take a fee if they win. They have suggested a class action lawsuit against this company and its representatives. They have caused nothing but anxiety, stomped on my rights and most of all just stole the winnings and cut all ties with me. Im looking for many players who have been screwed over by these scumbags. if you have a legitimate case. Return here and let these lawyers take them for a ride. They deserve it. Money owed to players, constant run around causing anxiety through the roof, but mostly, going beyond their authority while using the agcos licensing and regulations... way beyond. Regardless they need a wake up call.

Rip off artist. First deposit they scammed me out of my bonus, second deposit i got my bonus on a 0× wager requirement with a deposit of 20. You have to wager the 20 which is fine i did ×3. Stay far away. I wish I could give 0 stars because they are the worst casino online and SCAM is right. Every other online casino I’ve played at never been this unfair and shady. This Luckycasino weren't concerned at all when I deposited thousands and lost lots of that. As soon as I won small sum of money and withdrew they emailed me, suspended my withdrawal and asked me for multiple questions and documents. After I gave them what they asked they released my funds days later and then proceeded to suspend my account without any explanation. Go with bigger and better online casinos that don’t scam players and cheat their monies. It’s laughable how many people say the same thing on here. If you ever need proof you can find one in reddit (I’m gonna post it there) I have all the screenshots and receipts of emails to show. I’ll be filing a complaint and reddit post too just to help other players from being victim of their practices. It’s insane how they have their licenses.

Aktiverar bonusar fast man valt utan. Spelade och vann några lax , tog ut 8laxar inga problem. Men hur kan då samma insättning jag gjorde förut kunna ta ut pengar ? 4 månader senare fick jag ut pengarna tillslut , men tog bort mitt konto från deras sida! Många av deras spel har inte RTP ens i närheten av utlovat. Dom kan ställa ner manuellt och många gånger har man fått felmeddelande på spel som betalar men efter felmeddelande kan det gå 20-40 spins utan en enda vinst och endast små vinster sen. Vanligt är 1-3 spins utan vinst på spel med ofta vinst men inte enorma vinster. Och otrevlig support har förekommit flertalet gånger när jag har tagit fram bevis.

Tolle Idee mit Potential. Ich bewerte ja meist 2x hier die erste Bewertung. Der Ansatz ohne jegliche Anmeldeseiten dort spielen zu können ist eine sehr gute Idee.
